1. Standard Cancellation
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the room tariff.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may attract a charge equal to one night's tariff.
- No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged the full booking amount.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Bookings made under special promotional or non-refundable rates are not eligible for a refund on cancellation.
- The rate type and its cancellation terms are indicated at the time of booking.
3. How to Cancel
- Cancellations can be requested through the Manage Booking section using your booking reference.

4. Peak & Festive Periods
- During peak season, festivals and special events, stricter cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at booking.
